Deb has been coaching at Castle Hill RSL Gymnastics since she moved to Australia from Ireland in 2009. Deb has been involved in coaching gymnastics and trampoline for nearly 20 years and coached athletes at a national and international level in Ireland. She is currently involved in coaching a variety of programs at Castle Hill RSL Gymnastics including Kindergym, WAG NDP, Trampoline and Adults Gymnastics. Deb is also heavily involved in our Special Needs Program as a program coordinator and was one of the first coaches accredited as a Rebound Therapy instructor in Australia.
